For my current craft project I am painting a wooden box. I am not sure how it will turn out precisely but rococo is the starting point. So far I have a lady's portrait centred amongst roses with golden swirls...I admit I am rather out of my comfort zone with acrylics, and just to make it even more interesting I wish to try a yellow based colour scheme, something I rarely do. Hopefully the results will not be catastrophic...if they are, I shall term the project 'experimental' and 'educational' and hold my head high ;)

Ambitious project and the inspiration is definitely gorgeous. I love Rococo--it's like devil's food cake...overdone, but just so good.
